All Virtual Landline plans offer free voicemail to email feature. By default, all your voicemail messages are automatically sent in .Wav or Mp3 files to the email address you've registered.
There is a standard system voicemail greeting as default, however, you can record a personal message by following the steps in the infographic below and when prompted press 3 to choose the menu 'Personal Options'.
If you prefer to use a phone device to listen to your Voicemail messages, instead of having them sent to your email inbox, you will have to call us on +44 (0) 203 488 0088, and we'll set it up for you.
After we configure your voicemail settings, you will be able to listen to your voicemail messages from any phone device, anywhere in the world (please note, that for calls made abroad, roaming charges will apply). The infographic below shows how to access your voicemail. To listen to your messages choose option 1 'Listen to your messages' when prompted.
